Kat Wheatley has been a certified Yoga Teacher since 2013. Prior to that she worked as a Mental Health Counselor. Kat is currently training to become a certified Yoga Therapist - the perfect culmination of years of experience and expertise. Kat Wheatley has been a certified Yoga Teacher since 2013. Prior to that she worked as a Mental Health Counselor. Kat is currently training to become a certified Yoga Therapist - the perfect culmination of years of experience and expertise. She believes Yoga is more than a series of poses we do on the mat - she takes her Yoga with her everywhere she goes to help her find patience, calm, and peace in every aspect of her life.
I offer Private Yoga Wellness Sessions through Key Largo Yoga, both in person and online. You'll find me at the studio teaching a 4:30 Fun Flow every Friday afternoon as well, and occasionally subbing other classes.
